Nature Storytime at Walthamstow Wetlands

This hour-long outdoor storytime, run by the Learning & Engagement team, combines interactive nature stories with a themed craft activity or habitat exploration, meeting in the outdoor classroom next to the Engine House. Aimed mainly at children under 6, though all are welcome, with adult supervision required throughout. No booking necessary, but arrive at the start of the session so as not to miss any stories. Come dressed for the weather, as the session runs outside come rain or shine. Paved pathways are wheelchair accessible, though some paths are woodchip and can be uneven or muddy; there's an accessible toilet and café on-site. Only assistance dogs are permitted. Free to attend, with donations welcome.
